Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply for:
Items showing signs of use,
Opened or damaged items,
Returns requested after the 30-day period,

5. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns to cover handling and processing.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds may be issued as:
A discount voucher,
Store credit for future purchases, or
A refund to the original payment method.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
